Elrod Talks about his Life S.A.V.E.R.S. technique to jumpstart your morning

S is for Silence
A is for Affirmations
V is for Visualization
E is for Exercise
R is for Reading
S is for Scribing

S is for Silence
Silence is one of the best ways to immediately reduce stress, while increasing your self-awareness and gaining the clarity that will allow you to maintain your focus on your goals, priorities, and what’s most important for your life, each and every day.

A is for Affirmations
An Affirmation is simply a message you tell yourself in order to increase confidence, clarity and positivity. Reading your own hand written statements as they are an excellent way to articulate the highest vision you have for yourself.

V is for Visualization
Visualization is the process of imagining exactly what you want to achieve or attain, and then mentally rehearsing what you’ll need to do achieve or attain it.

E is for Exercise
Morning exercise should be a staple in our daily rituals. When you exercise for even a few minutes every morning it significantly boosts your energy, enhances your health, improves self-confidence and emotional well-being, and enables you to think better and concentrate longer.

R is for Reading
The fastest way to achieve everything you want is to model successful people who have already achieved it. With an almost infinite amount of books available on every topic, there are no limits to the knowledge you can gain through daily reading.

S is for Scribing
Jotting down your thoughts, with a nice tea or coffee is an incredible way to wrap up the miracle morning and have a great productive day!

Either you Run the Day…
Or the Day Runs You…
